Internship Project

Dear TMC family,

I'm so excited to share the news that I have accepted to start my MOL internship at my previous job... this project is a huge thing for me because it's my first time work as a strategy/OD consultant for this organization!!

I was assigned to run the Operating Analysis and Strategic Implementation for the cross-departments work flow. even this is what I study for.. but got some fear of failure... haaa haaa.... still human being to sense like this!! However, I knew that God leads me this far, I won't be forsaken because He will be with me for sure!!

I have to write a proposal to offer my plan to this organization within next week... and the project should be started by the end of July or early of August... that means I'll have less than a month to prepare my tools, strategy, process... etc. before I work in a field with its employees...

I need the backup army from TMC to pray for me for wisdom and knowledge to acchieve this goal... it will be a first start project for me to consider that this walk is the path to leads me to the future!!
