I'd like to share this insight article to TMC fellows... good thinking message... [SweetJade]
Where Is Your Ministry Headed?
Building Church Leaders recently convened three veteran leaders and asked them for their top-five leadership lessons. I loved the insights we got back. One of them, from editorial advisor Steve Macchia, spoke directly to this week's focus:
Keep the main thing the main thing. Know your vision and mission and stick to it with unwavering zeal. The leader's greatest discipline is maintaining focus and guiding the team toward accomplishing God's primary objective for your shared ministry.
Whether you're serving as an elder, a deacon, a teacher, or a pastor, you know what those words mean. They mean the difference between looking back at a funding decision or a sermon (or anything else for that matter) with doubt or with confidence.
What's your church's main thing as you kick off a new season of ministry this fall? Maybe it's the same as last year's. That's great. Maybe this year's direction is brand new. That's great, too. Whatever it is, it's important that you know. What is your main thing?
Keep leading!

Children Ministry is what we are training on right now.
As well as go out and make deciple,
we are working on it.
Guitar class is also a great way ministry to new people.
Not only we reach out and help Thai People, we also evangelize to them as well.
This week me and Hea' Verachai went out and met more Thai people.
We pray for them as well as invite them to come to the church.
Please pray for Kun M and Kun Jacky and his family.
Let's the Lord working in their heart as they about to come to know
Christ as their savior.
Praying and Doing should go together.
Thank God we are doing it.
It's time to focus seriously about ministry. |
