Songkarn Outreach will be held at Thai town,Hollywood on April 13,2008.

[1] The budget is about $2000

[2] 7 churches are involved so we will raise funds from each church about $300

[3] Program on the stage
a)25 min- Drama [churches corporate]
b)5 min- Special song[Mrs.Dongtra Chernprayot]
c)30 min- Worship. Include special song for christians.
d)25-30 min- The message by the Rev. Dr.Chaleuy Rengchan

[4]General program in canopies: witnessing, D.V.D.,games e.t.c.[ every churches participate andArchan Yohan A. will be responsible for these.]

A)Testimonies
B)Some columns from the following pastors-
1) The Rev.Dr.Chaleuy R.
2) The Rev.Dr.Sirichai C.
3) Rev.Thanit O.
4) etc.
C)We will put all the names and addresses of the 7 churches who
are responsible for this outreach as well as the name, telephone
or email of the other Thai churches. This way, people can
contact the church nearest to their home.
D) Archarn Seksan T. will be responsible for the booklet

[6] T-shirt for this outreachMrs. Jan M.will be responsible for it

[7]The flag and banner We need two boys holding the banner and lady holding the flag. All of them wear the Thai dress.

[8] Refreshments will be providesd by the committee.

I would like to thank all the pastors of the sevenchurches who were so dedicated to this event and allthe Thai pastors in Sountern California who encouragedus through prayer and financial support because someof them unable to join us this year.May the Lord bless you and be with your family.

Update from Thai Mission Church :

We have a meeting with the church officer and here is what we concluded:

- We are donating $300 to help out with the event 2008.

- We will prepare 800 pieces gift bag to pass out during the event
within budget of $800. The insert message shall be given to us
no later than the end of March, otherwise there will no insert in
the package and just hand them out seperately.

The gift bags will consist of prize base on the participation of the audient.
We will be using the SpinWheel to determind the prize given.

- One poster "KNowing God in 4 Steps" (24" x 36") will be sharinging in
the canopy (see last year pictures of Thai Mission Church for refence)

- We will have our church name card, five 4" x 6" photo pictures, and a
church postor to participate in the Thai Churches tent.
