Here is our side of responsibility:

March 9-16 we will gather information, idea, regarding to the event inside canopy including style of set up, game, gift and prize.

March 23 we will be in China Town to select gift and prize items including the packaging. Rough idea of the gift will be keychains, pen and toys with christian symbol like cross or fish.

March 30 we will put together those gift and prize in the package.

April 13 all package will be deliver to the site in the morning 8am.

Have comittee assigned who will bring the refleshment yet? We will need at least 4 cases of water. Costco should has it in 48bottle/case.

This week is an Easter week, we will go buy the gift on Saturday 29 in China Town instead. If anybody want to take a trip with us just let me know.

2:00pm leaving to China Town
2:45pm arrival
3:00pm SHOPPING for GOOD DEALS (Budget $500)
4:30pm Meet back to the cars and we will tour China town
5:30pm Dinner in China Town/Little Tokyo (Subasa Jap. Great FOOD!)

MOst likely we will carpool and no more than two cars(due to parking spot limited).

Well well well... this saturday is not going to be good for everyone. So we will post pone going out to buy gifts on April 5 instead.

We just went to downtown LA last Saturday and bought about 500 pieces of gifts to be pass out in the event.
Some are keychange, toys, yoyo, purse, fan and pens.
I will post some pic of them later.

Thanks to those who are helping.

At the event, we need some valenteer to take turn in an activity tent.
1. Invitation person - Invite people to come in spin the wheel
2. Wheel person - Interact with people paticipate on the wheel
3. Gift person - hand out prize to the people

That's great! You can take turn be a Gift Person or a Wheel Person.
