ขอบคุณพระเจ้าที่เมื่อวานนี้ inspecter จาก City ได้ให้ผ่านการตรวจซึ่งผู้รับเหม่าได้ทำบกพร่องไป ซึ่งเป็นเหตุได้ทำให้การต่อเติมบ้านชะลอไปมาก ตอนนี้ก็คงจะดำเนินต่อไปสะดวกขึ้น

ถึงเวลาต้องตบแต่งบ้านใหม่แล้ว Wink

อยากจะรายงานความคืบหน้าของการต่อเติมบ้านหน่อย

ตอนนี้ก็เสร็จไปประมาณ 70% เหลือแต่ปูพื้นห้อง งานห้องครัว และเก็บงานต่างๆ

ต้องยอมรับว่างานเดินไปได้อย่างช้ามาก และไม่ค่อยจะเรียบร้อยสักเท่าไร

ประตูก็เบี้ยว พื้นก็ไม่ราบ เสาก็ไม่เท่ากัน สีก็ไม่เนียน สวิทย์ไฟก็ติดผิดที่

ประมาณว่ามีข้อต้องแก้ไขเยอะมาก อาจจะเป็นเพราะผู้รับเหมาจ้างคนงานไม่มีประสบการณ์มาทำ

ตอนนี้ต่างฝ่ายก็ไม่ค่อยพอใจ จึงอยากจะฝากให้อธิษฐานเผื่อการต่อเติมบ้านครั้งนี้ด้วย
ให้เสร็จเร็ว ๆ ตามกำหนดเวลา และปลอดภัย

น้องวิทซ์ต้องทนกับฝุ่นอยู่นาน ตอนนี้เราย้ายไปอยู่กับบ้านอี้เก๊อะชั่วคราว
ขอบคุณพระเจ้าที่มีบ้านอี้เก็อะค่อยช่วยอีกแรง

Here is the picture of what has been going on at my house.
Before and After will make a different.
I will let you know the final out come.

Thank God today the contracter willing to finish the electrical and pluming.

Update about status of my house...

Now the prime contractor has disappear.

Many sub-contractor told us that the Prime Contractor has not paid them yet, so they are asking us to pay for them instead. Well, my dad has paid to the prime contractor in advance already. We will see how things go. Please continue pray for our remodeling project.

But, there are still many things to thank God about! Now the electrician willing to finish the work and carry on the project. The major work inside my room, Vince room, New Bathroom, new living room and GAme Room are done. The fun part is to decorate them.

Today the City will come to do the final inspection on the addition that we have for so long. (excluded the kitchen remodel.) Please pray for everythings to pass.

Since the prime contractor has disappeared, the subcontract which used to do our electrical has take over the project instead. Thanks God for that.

Also thanks God for our new air condition unit which just installed last friday. They ran into a problem, but they be able to solve it.

Now we are ready for this weekend 96F temporature!!!

Thanks for your prayer! The back section of the house is finally pass the final inspection. It took almost a year from scrach to finish. Now it is left with kitchen remodel which will take another two weeks.

Update of my house...
Here is some pictures I took yesterday.

Backyard with new Air Condition unit...

New Roof...double shingles

Just kitchen that is still working on right now...

So far, I still waiting for the new windows replacement of the existing one.

Thanks God, I listen to FISH 95.9FM Christian radio and I heard the
advertisement 8 vinal windows for $2,999 installed from Republic Windows company.
I got several quotes, but none are cheaper compare to them.

They should be ready some time in early June. Now every windows will
be new. This will cut down the cost of energy bills in the long run.
